Sales

Overseen by our Head of Sales, we have four dedicated National Account Managers and a National Merchandising Manager. We strive to deliver the best customer service and pride ourselves in having strong relationships with all key retail channels in the UK: from large supermarket chains to specialist retailers; from the toy sector through to the independent sector ensuring our products the greatest opportunity and market reach in the right profile of accounts.

Licensing

Gemma international is proud to represent the world’s biggest brands in the UK and European marketplaces. For over 25 years, we have worked with, developed and designed products for some of the biggest Licensors in the world.

Creative Studio

In our own in-house Studio we have a talented group of 5 highly skilled designers who are passionate and innovative in their creative designing of on-trend products and packaging.

Product

The product team at Gemma are devoted to delivering the best, market leading and customer-focussed product across all licence and own branded products. Our goal is to add significant value to our Customers and Licensors through the development of new product formats, design and innovations. We bring all products to market through extensive research, development, quality control and planning. We maximise efficiencies through effective worldwide sourcing and our aim is to always offer the best quality ranges to all our retail channels.

Supply Chain

Wherever in the world our products are sourced from, the Gemma Supply Chain team has the experience and knowledge to ensure an uninterrupted supply. From the start our forecasting team work collaboratively with customers to predict and monitor stock demand. The Inventory Team then take charge for replenishment sourced from either one of our UK or non UK trusted suppliers. For non UK supply we have dedicated import team. Our Supply Chain Team liaises closely with our factories at all stages of production, ensuring a seamless transition from factory to shipping, and onwards to the Gemma warehouses. These comprise 25,000 square feet of racked storage and work space, enabling us to hold the optimum amount of stock to allow for orders to be placed and shipped to the customer with no delay. This all guarantees our fantastic service level.

Finance

Our experienced Finance team has a wealth of knowledge to deal with all requirements of the Gemma business and drives efficiency and control across all departments.
