Licensing Manager 

Gemma have developed and designed products for some of the biggest Licensors in the world and are proud to represent the world’s biggest brands in the UK and European marketplaces with over 30 key licenses.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, Licensing Manager to develop day to day relationships with our licensors and implement our licensing strategy supporting our plans for the UK and Europe. You will work closely with our creative, sales and marketing people to make Gemma the best and have the ability and experience to analyse gaps in the market, manage agreements, analyse data as well as managing our forecasting.

Your experience will include brand and character licensing and your ability to create relationships will be exceptional.

National Account Manager

We are looking for a personable and dynamic National Account Manager to join our existing sales team, who will build on our current success and develop relationships with existing and prospect accounts. In this role you will constantly review sales figures, regularly monitor and review progress against account plans, and ensure that goals and budgets are over-achieved. You will analyse sku level sales performance and identify trends and opportunities.

Product Manager

At Gemma our people are most important to us - we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help us deliver the best, market leading, creative product across all licence and company branded products.

You will be working with a passionate team maximising profit margin through effective worldwide sourcing, negotiating costs on new product, manufacture, outwork and delivery inbound. You will always over-achieve margin on budgets, co-ordinate  actions on range and maximise sales in channel.

You will be required to source and develop commercial products, analyse competition and identify trends.

You will work well as part of a team, be pro-active and a self starter, driving deadlines and results with excellent presentation skills.
