Supply Chain

At Gemma the forecasting team work collaboratively with our customers to predict and monitor stock demand. The Inventory Team take charge for stock replenishment sourced from our trusted suppliers and we also benefit from a dedicated Import Team that enables us to remain competitive.

Our Supply Chain Team liaises closely with our factories at all stages of production, ensuring a seamless transition from factory to shipping, and onwards to the Gemma warehouses. These comprise of 25,000 square feet of racked storage and work space, enabling us to hold the optimum amount of stock to allow for orders to be placed and shipped to the customer with no delay. This all guarantees our fantastic service level.
